PRAYER MINISTRY

Prayer is vital to the spiritual health of God’s church. In Matthew 21:13, Jesus said, “My house will be called a house of prayer…” While preaching, teaching, and other ministries are extremely valuable in the life of the church, we recognize that without prayer, we can never truly accomplish God’s perfect will. Prayer is sometimes viewed as a ministry of silence and quietness, but it’s actually the spiritual dynamite that causes us to witness God’s hand opening closed doors and breaking chains so people are set free!

The prayer ministry is designed to be a group of committed individuals who will pray for the lead pastor, pastoral staff, church ministries, our congregation, our community, and beyond! WEEKLY PRAYER OPPORTUNITIES

  1. We invite you to join us each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. in the sanctuary as we pray for our services.
  2. We invite you to join us for praying in Circles of Prayer each Sunday. We meet in the sanctuary at 8:50 a.m. prior to The Classic worship service and also at 10:35 prior to The Edge worship service. 
  3. Join us in the sanctuary on Tuesday mornings from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. for personal prayer time. You may come and go as you wish.
  4. Join us for Wednesday night prayer meeting each week at 7:00 in the Fireside Room in the office wing.
  5. We provide a men's prayer group along with a Bible study each Thursday at Panera Bread on Powers at 7:00 a.m.
  6. We provide a men's prayer group that meets each Thursday night at 7:00 in Room 100 in McQueen hallway.
  7. We provide a men's prayer group each Saturday at 7:30 a.m. at the home of Rick Anunson.
