Week of December 4th

The Big News This Week!

K-2^nd Grade class is moving downstairs to room #203! Also, ALL K-6^th grades will check-in at the gym - both hours. At 9:00 kids will be escorted to their classrooms. At 10:45 the kids in the gym will go to room 301 or 302.

If you haven’t submitted a photo, we will be taking photos of Ministry Partners for your photo ID name tags.

If you haven’t read the revisions for the Promise Land Handbook, pick up a copy at the greeters desk. If I do not have a signed form from you then I assume you have not read them.

The Big News Next Week!

Many Lights of Christmas begins! Sign-up for Santa’s Workshop and the Gingerbread House at the Children’s Greeters desk.

Dates are December 9-11 and 16^th-19^th from 6-9pm.

Week of October 23rd

Next Sunday evening, October 30^th, we have a Family Fun Night in the gym! Going from 6-8pm, bring your favorite snack, your family and friends and have a fun time together! With Halloween the next day make sure you come in costume (nothing that scares the little ones)!

* We have five stations that need to be monitored. We still need a few people to help out so let us know if you can!

*  We would also like to give the kids a goodie bag before they leave so if you have candy or wrapped goodies please let us know.

ALL Promise Land Ministry Partners, spouses and kids are invited to a fall Ministry Partner Appreciation Dinner SUNDAY NOVEMBER 20^th from 6 – 7:30pm in the LAC. Check your schedules! Please RSVP to the church office at 596-5119. Or reply to this e-mail.

I know this list may look strange, but there are a few things we are looking for in Children’s Ministries. Take a look at the list below and let me know if you or someone you know has any of these items lying around. 

•       An ‘8’ ball for pool
•       Cue sticks
•       A 20-30 gal aquarium (that holds water)
•       Nerf golf ball size balls
•       Twin Mattress
•      Chain link fencing that is 6’ high
•      Time - to start painting the gym!
